Waterside offers two main types of construction for new homes:
Traditional-style - is typically what you would find in the region you are building in, however, Waterside practices employ higher standard and construction execution that far exceeds the industry standard. Waterside’s practices continue to produce superior results in the material selection, foundations, drainage, framing - the “unseen” areas along with millwork, painting and stone work - the areas “seen.”
Euro-style - features Waterside’s unique, visionary construction method that is a distinct blend of classic building technique and new technology, which provides discriminating buyers with the ultimate in stylish, secure living. Houses that are literally built like castles, with an extra high-strength foundation supporting thick, solid concrete walls that provide amazingly quiet, energy efficient living.
